For the price paid, it exceed our expectation. The mattresses are great, room is clean, location is great, check in & out services are smooth (though can be clearer & quicker) and safe environment. With 2 young children, we appreciate a smart TV with access to YouTube for kids that can keep them entertained at night. Thank you and look forward to be back whenever we visit Mersing.

The beds were comfy enough for a night stay. Room and bathroom were clean. Though the hotel does not provide breakfast, it is still okay as there is a Malay restaurant just beside the hotel. Hotel's location is good, near to Pantai Pasir Papan.

i barely know malaysian standards and won't apply western ones. so, from a backpackers viee with an overnight stay for reaching a ferry: nice stay, everything was there - soft big towel, free water, comfy beds, ac, hot shower... and they care, it was clean and well prepared. totally fine and recommendable (i paid 85rm for a double room).

The room was basic but clean, tidy and nice and quiet. Good location, very close to bus station and 15 min walk from the ferry port. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was great..supermarket, restaurants are all in walking distance..it is very near to the market jetty and you'll be able to see the boats..nice place to stay and worth the price. If you need to go to the harbour for island hopping activity, it is better to drive there because by walking it will be tiring as it takes 15mins to walk..

Good location - close to bus terminal and walkable to Mersing jetty. Shopping Center just around the corner for groceries/clothing/household needs. Comfortable beds and air conditioning worked well. Family suite was spacious.

I like the 24-hr reception service because I arrived at the hotel at 2am and I still got to check in. The reception also helped me book a taxi to my next destination.
